Return Policy

RETURNS

For merchandise that was delivered as expected in new condition, we have a return policy of 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All items must be returned in new, unused condition.

If your product is found to be defective/damaged upon opening, please notify us within 72 hours. Defective items may be returned for exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow up to 7 days for the returned funds to appear on your financial statement.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your bank or credit card company, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund after 7 business days, please contact us.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will also exchange for a customer who wants a different size/length/color; however, in this case the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost. If you need to exchange or replace an item, please send us a message via our contact form or email amber@powellsowls.com for further instructions.

When contacting us, please include photos of the item to expedite the process. We do our very best to accurately depict the color and details of our jewelry, but colors may vary due to the natural variations in amber stones, as well as photography lenses and lighting. These situations do not qualify as defects, but you most certainly can still return these items.

SHIPPING

In certain cases, you may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item, except in cases of a damaged or defective product. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Due to high international shipping costs, we do not currently offer returns or exchanges for orders outside the US.
