All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. If for some reason you do not receive a confirmation email with tracking information within 48 hours, please contact us at email@example.com.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders shipped via Amazon Logistics may not be trackable, as they Amazon Logistics does not allow external tracking at this time.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. From time to time we will offer certain free shipping promotions for certain purchase amounts. These will be clearly advertised on our site, and the shipping credit will be automatically applied to your order.
We do our best to maintain accurate inventory levels on our website. However, if an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. In some cases, when we will know that we will be re-stocking soon, we will opt to ship your order a few days later when the additional items are back in stock.
